Hey, I’m Kay!

I’m a wife, mama to two little girls, chiropractor, former collegiate athlete, and the face behind Keeping Fit with Kay!

Movement has always been a big part of my life.

From my years as a college track and field athlete to becoming a mom and building a career in healthcare, fitness has continued to evolve with me through every season.

But here’s the thing: I know what it’s like to have a million things on your plate, to feel pulled in every direction, and to struggle to make time for yourself.

I believe fitness should add to your life, not take away from it. You don’t need hours in the gym, fancy equipment, or a perfectly structured schedule to become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

You just need to start where you are, show up when you can, and keep moving forward.

My hope is that when you work out with me, you feel like you’re working out with a friend. Someone who challenges you, cheers you on, and reminds you that taking care of yourself matters, too.

Because being strong isn’t just about what you can lift. It’s about feeling capable, confident, and ready for whatever life throws your way.

Why I Started Keeping Fit with Kay

I started Keeping Fit with Kay because I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and comfortable in her own skin, no matter what season of life she’s in.

I’ve always loved fitness, but becoming a mom gave me an entirely new perspective on what taking care of yourself really looks like.

Life gets busy. Priorities shift. Some days you’re just trying to keep everyone fed, happy, and where they need to be. And somewhere along the way, taking care of yourself can become the very last thing on your list.

I wanted to create something that made showing up for yourself feel possible again.

Not another overwhelming workout program. Not another thing to feel guilty about. Just effective, challenging, 30-minute workouts that you can fit into your real life.

Five new workouts every week. Minimal equipment. Modifications for different fitness levels. All you have to do is press play.

But KFWK has always been about more than the workouts.

It’s about showing women that you can want to become stronger without hating the body you’re in. That taking 30 minutes for yourself isn’t selfish. And that consistency doesn’t have to mean perfection.

As a mom raising two little girls, I want them to grow up knowing that their bodies are capable of incredible things and that their worth has never been defined by how they look.

And I want that for you, too.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to show up for yourself, one workout at a time.

That’s why Keeping Fit with Kay exists.
